The Abacus Conelec team will assist in all stages of the product development process from the design and prototyping of your product to overseeing large scale production.  The team of application engineers will utilise 2D drawings, 3D modelling & visualisation and CAD drawings to ensure that the solution is 100% accurate and appropriate before moving onto the more expensive stages of production. Abacus Conelec will continue to work with you during production providing statistic process control data to ensure that a maximum yield and efficiency is achieved.

Our experienced product development engineers work with our customers offering specific suggestions related to cable and connector selection, layout and manufacturing techniques as well as material considerations. In addition, Abacus Coneled can offer advice for evaluating and redesigning existing cable assemblies or harnesses to reduce production costs and improve performance.
