Do you need fast, secure and reliable wireless communication between your devices? Take a look at the unsung hero in the Near Field Communication; the RFID (Radio Frequency Identification). Based upon the industry standard ISO15693 & ISO14443A/B and operating at 13.56MHz, SkyeTek has come up with their feature-rich and easy-to integrate M4 RFID module. The M4 module focuses on three different sectors namely Product Authentication, Access Control and Contactless payment, each of which has a specific firmware. One module can be used for different firmware. Embedded developers can now take advantage of the Microsoft .NET and Visual Studio tools when designing solutions using SkyeModules supporting SkyeAPI due to the recent announcement of Microsoft .NET framework through the SkyeAPI developer interface. Development kits are available now for the M4 and other RFID readers in the range.
