Toshiba extends CMOS family

Toshiba extended its family of CMOS op amps with the addition of the TC75S61TU featuring low voltage noise.

Housed in a small package, the TC75S61TU is ideal for amplifying a tiny signal from a sensor or the like.

Features:

- Low voltage noise (15 nV/√Hz typ. @VDD = 3.3 V, f = 1 kHz)
- Small phase delay (-2.5 degrees typ. @VDD = 3.3 V, f = 2 kHz)
- Low input bias current (1pA typ. @VDD = 3.3 V)
- Small package (UFV package: 2.0 × 2.1 × 0.7 mm)
- Ideal for amplifying a tiny signal from a vibration sensor, etc.
