New APM Connector System

Offering the benefits of a secondary lock mechanism, the new APM connectors from ITT are small enough (<11mm overall outer diameter) to fit through small diameter tubing or holes. The APM series utilizes the industry proven Mini Sure Seal contact system to provide high reliability and easy handling.

- Overall diameter of less than 11 mm
- Robust contact design utilizing closed socket entry (Mini Sure Seal)
- Excellent contact pin-to-socket alignment
- Positive mating of connector halves and reliable secondary lock system; audible “click” ensures user knows connectors have been successfully mated

- Up to 4 crimp contacts (copper alloy, wire size up 0.75 mm2)
- Rated voltage: 9 to 16 VDC
- Current rating: 5 A max. (70°C)
- Contact resistance: <10mΩ
- Insulation resistance: >1,000MΩ
- Protection class: IP 50
- Temperature range: –40 to +105 °C
- Simple, low cost contact insertion and extraction tooling
