Abacus Conelec distribute products from over 100 of the world’s leading electronic component manufacturers and supply an extensive portfolio of products including semis, passives, electromechanical, connectors, cables, sensors, batteries, displays, embedded OS, embedded computing boards and wireless communication.
WORLD CLASS LOGISTICS
The local warehouse in Denmark is supported by a further four Abacus Group warehouses across Europe ensuring maximum access to all available stock. As well as a large stock holding, on-time supply and a comprehensive product portfolio, Abacus Conelec provide additional distribution services such as buffer stocks, special packaging facilities and component sourcing of difficult to find and obsolete products.
Abacus Conelec consistently looks at ways of assisting with additional services to help customers streamline their businesses. The two main areas where we can help are the provision of logistics support and value added services where we can supply products part assembled or with a process, or series of processes, completed prior to delivery.
FULL DESIGN-IN SERVICE
One of Abacus Conelec’s core strengths lies in its full design-in service for all products including semis, passives, connectors, cables and sensors. Abacus Conelec will develop bespoke connection, cabling and sensor solutions from simple configurations to highly customised designs. These services include custom connectors, sensor solutions, overmoldings and cable assemblies. Customers are able to consult directly with Abacus Conelec’s team of experienced application engineers to identify solutions that meet their individual requirements and ensure that the most efficient and cost effective solutions are achieved.
The team of application engineers work with the customer at all stages of the design and production process and utilise 2D drawings, 3D modelling & visualisation and CAD drawings to ensure that the solution is 100% accurate and appropriate before moving onto the more expensive stages of production. Abacus Conelec continue to work with the customer during production providing statistic process control data to ensure that a maximum yield and efficiency is achieved.
